Hey, hello, hiiiii.  My name is Claire Bowden. I am from a tiny town in Texas and recently graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (GO CRU BABY). I have a passion for words and sharing my stories. But what's the basis of them you ask? Lemme tell ya.

When I was 10 I was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes. Since then, I have faced an I Hate Claire Club, the death of many friends, been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and have overcome clinical depression and anxiety. That's a lot, I know. But I am here to say that none of that is what defines me. I am big on the saying, "Our Labels Don't Limit." I mean that.

We are not our labels. Our Heavenly Father has already won those battles. We are called His children, His beloved, and chosen. We are not called our trials. Thank you, God!

Whatever you are facing will pass. There is good waiting on the other side. All you have to do is find that good and cling to it. Romans 12:9 style, friends.
